Run openOrders + closedOrders + balance-realtime for any Bybit leader mark.
Uses the same path as fleet refresh (runTraderScrapeCalls → first-worker).
Optional Bybit account/password default to the shared scraper login when omitted.
Watch new orders
The first fetch follows each book’s crawl setting. Later polls are page 1 only and list each order that was not in that first fetch.
Delay is the first time we saw the order minus its createdAt (or closedAt for a close).
An order only counts if it is on the newest page.
With closed watching on, an open whose open time matches a close is listed under Filtered from open: refresh drops it from the open book because it is already closed.
Page size rotates on the clock, same as the refresh queue. Open and closed use different ranges.
